Finally, ferry service is coming to Bayonne. The Port Authority has agreed to allow a portion of their property located a the former Military Ocean Terminal can be used to locate a ferry service. When the ferry is up and running, the development boom we are currently is the midst of, will only accelerate and grow. The Mayor called this development a “game changer” . He’s right. Ferry service will make Bayonne that much more attractive to those living in Jersey City, Hoboken, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. The Mayor’s critics are beginning to recite the following:
A ferry is coming to town
Now I’m really feeling down
This Davis guy keeps delivering
He’s giving people something to believe in
Now when I complain
People will view me as insane
Everyone thinks Davis is cool
And I’m playing the role of a fool
Looks like Davis will have four more years
So my eyes are filled with tears
So now I say for all to hear
To Davis here is a loud cheer!
